Thank you for choosing Travel Desk for your travel planning needs. By booking a trip through our website, you agree to the terms of use outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to understand the guidelines governing your booking and services with us.

1. Pricing

Our pricing policy aims to provide value and convenience through online reservations. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed are per person and do not include gratuities for guides or drivers, travel insurance, meals or beverages, accommodation services, room services, or laundry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially in cases of unforeseen circumstances like airline ticket price increases, hotel rate changes, or additional transport costs.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Upon successful payment, a confirmation slip will be emailed by our travel consultants. Please keep a printed copy of this confirmation as proof of payment to redeem your travel package. Ensure you provide accurate travel information during booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each service, activity, or accommodation offered by Travel Desk has unique cancellation policies. We advise reviewing these policies before booking.
If you book a package with multiple services and cancel a portion of the package, the discount for the combined services will no longer apply. In such cases, we will apply standard rates to remaining services and issue a refund for the canceled portion, where applicable.
Please ensure all package options are available when booking; any unavailable services will be excluded from the package.

4.2 No Show

Failing to attend a booked service, activity, or tour will result in a full charge, with no refunds for unused services. This includes missed sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur services, or transfers. Rescheduling is also not available for confirmed bookings, such as airport transfers and other travel services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

To cancel a booking, please read the cancellation policy associated with your specific package. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Travel Desk in writing. Upon receipt, we will confirm cancellation by email, fax, or phone and inform you of any applicable cancellation fees.

6. Itinerary Amendments

Itinerary adjustments may occur due to local conditions, weather, or scheduling changes. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of comparable value, depending on availability. Changes, if any, are generally communicated before departure. Travel Desk reserves the right to make minor itinerary amendments without compensation in instances of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

7. Accommodation & Check-In/Check-Out Policy

If your selected accommodation is unavailable, we will make every effort to secure a similar alternative within your budget. Check-in and check-out policies vary by hotel and are subject to availability. Travel Desk is not liable for requests not accommodated by the hotel.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel Desk is not liable for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, personal baggage loss, or trip cancellations. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documentation

Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry the necessary travel documents, including passports and valid identification. This is particularly important for international travelers. Travel Desk cannot issue refunds for trips canceled due to lack of appropriate documentation. We advise checking with your respective consulate regarding entry requirements before travel.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All website content, including logos, images, package details, pricing, and other relevant information, is proprietary to Travel Desk. By using this website, you agree not to exploit any of its content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Our services comply with UAE law and do not provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or related to this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.
